Thank you Healing Formulas for adding quality to my life. About 10 years ago, I found that I could not walk nor move as easily and quickly as I used to. I also had a terrible pain in my knees and ankles anytime I used the steps. I often had to stop and then step down slowly to avoid the terrible pain. Eventually, the pain spread to my hips and my feet. After a visit to the foot doctor who wanted to put two screws in my right foot, I was truly discouraged and felt old.
